Advantage through martial arts

Our Tigers program for children supports your child in their physical, social and emotional development. With child-friendly exercises from artistic gymnastics, parkour and martial arts, we work with the children to lay a solid foundation for later movement and sporting activities.

Participation in the Tigers program builds children's confidence while teaching them the importance of respect and discipline. Combined with our core values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitableness, this encourages children to always try their best and prepares them for success in school and in life.

How much physical activity should my child have?

Toddlers and preschoolers should engage in active play several times a day. For toddlers, at least 60 minutes of active play per day is recommended, and for slightly older children, 120 minutes per day. This includes both planned, adult-led sports activities and unstructured, free, active play.

In general, younger children should not remain inactive for too long – ideally no more than one hour at a time (except during sleep). School-aged children should not remain inactive for more than two hours.
